All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped via UPS, FED EX, USPS, common carrier or other service providers depending on merchandise shipped, delivery address and timing need. Martin Ranch Supply will determine the carrier for each shipment.
If your order contains only items that qualify for standard shipping, the following shipping rates apply to your order total. If your order contains one or more items that do not qualify for standard shipping, actual shipping charges will be quoted prior to shipment.

The above standard shipping rates apply only to orders shipped to the Continental United States. Please contact our Customer Service Department for shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
Should an ordered item not be in stock, your order will remain open until the item is back in stock. The back ordered item will be shipped when it is back in stock. We will notify you regarding any backordered item and the determination of shipping a partial order or complete order will be made at that time.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that you need to return an item, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number and return shipment instructions.
With return authorization, most of our products can be returned within 30 days for exchange, store credit or refund. After 30 days, with return authorization, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns or exchanges. To receive credit for the return, the item must be in new condition and apparel must have original tags attached.
Custom items and special orders are not returnable.
Though every effort is made to insure that your order arrives in good condition, some items can be damaged in transit. If an item is damaged in transit, please note any damage on the bill of lading or delivery receipt at the time of receipt. Please keep original packaging and please notify us of the damage as soon as possible. Shipping companies reserve the right to mitigate their losses. Therefore it is important that you maintain the damaged goods in a manner for possible inspection. Upon claim approval from the shipping intermediary, we will ship out replacement product(s) immediately at no cost to you or issue a refund. Please note, if the shipping damages claim is denied by the shipping intermediary - we will be unable to offer a refund on the goods associated with the claim.
Refused Shipment Policy
If you decide to refuse any shipment from Martin Ranch Supply for any reason other than the shipment was damaged in transit, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Martin Ranch Supply. Credit will be given only for product returned in new condition and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All transactions with Martin Ranch Supply are based on U.S. dollars.
